| I am an energetic woman who lives in a quiet neighborhood in a small city. I walk at 5:00 a.m. about four miles almost every day. This is the time I listen to books on my IPod and work out organizing solutions.
I am a lot of things in no paticular order, a woman, mother, sister, aunt, organizer, public speaker, wife, author, writer, teacher, reader, thinker, volunteer, talker, friend, T.V. and radio guest, quilter, rug hooker, and grandmother. |

I am good at all of these but I am also not always good at all of these all the time. I organize everyday, I just can't help it. It gives me energy and happiness whether I am organizing for myself or for others in my role as an organizing expert. I have always been an organizer and I am thirlled to be able to help others organize so they have the homes of their dreams no matter where they live. |

As an organizing expert I saw women struggling with clutter control so to help them I developed a “Light’s On Organizing” system jam-packed with solutions for time-saving techniques on clutter control. It is a fun system and it simplifies organizing for your every need. I firmly believe everyone can get organized and can stay organized when they have a system to make it happen. “Light’s On Organizing” is a simple but highly effective three step process breaking it down into enjoyable and manageable bite size pieces.
In my previous life before becoming an organizing expert I graduated from a local university with a Bachelor degree in social work/family life. I worked 24 years for Utah Social Services. I was privileged to work with the elderly, troubled teens and their families, developmentally delayed (DD/MR), those who were depressed and had ADD/ADHD. I was also a child abuse investigator for six years.
Some of my volunteer experience includes nursing homes, making quilts for charity and being a historical guide for the public in historical buildings. One of the most fun and rewarding things I have done is to be a 4-H leader.
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). My book Go Organize! has been featured in Woman's Day magazine, I was voted grand prize winner of eWisdomtv Star Expert Contest. I have appered on BlogTalkRadio, KJZZ TV, KSL TV, Deseret News, Todays Senior Magazine, KLBC Radio, I regularly attend classes and workshops to increase my knowledge and stay informed of new organizing techniques and products to help get rid of clutter.
My passion is to help you get rid of clutter as you get organized. Because I can’t physically be everywhere for everyone I have created online workshops to help you organize clutter. I enable you to declutter your home and office with cutting-edge on line video workshops that are one-of-a-kind. You have instant access to solutions for your organizing needs. You see visually how to get rid of clutter. I want to be in your home helping you and showing you how fun and simple it is to have an organized office.
Besides organizing my other passions are quilting, rug hooking and traveling. I also like to read when I can squeeze in a few minutes before I fall asleep at night. I love snow and cross country skiing. I do not like to hike but I will do it if I have to.
One thing I avoid is horseback riding. I have ridden horses before but I think I am afraid of them. I like dogs as long as they are other people’s dogs. I am a cat lover and we have one kitty and an outdoor cat we feed in the garage when he comes around for breakfast and dinner.

Did I mention that I am a motivational speaker, I teach classes on clutter control at the local high school for community education and I am a published author of the book “Go Organize! Conquer Clutter In 3 Simple Steps”.
In addition to my on line video workshops I organize with women in their homes and offices. I organize mainly along the Wasatch Front but I have also organized for people in Virginia, Washington State, Washington D.C. and Colorado.
Clutter Free Wishes,
