“Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”—Lou Holtz (He is a retired American Football Coach)
How does this relate to getting rid of clutter? What is your motivation for getting rid of clutter? What kind of attitude do you have when you are getting rid of clutter?
I have to confess I love getting rid of clutter. However there are some days when we don’t feel like doing anything and as long as they are far and few between that is o.k. Just go with it. Tomorrow is another day and that may be the best day for getting rid of clutter.
What do you think? Do you think it is o.k. to put off getting rid of clutter sometimes?

That coach quote is very wise. General clutter I have no bother with. It’s the historical clutter in boxes hidden away that is my problem! There is a notice on the wall above the bar in our favourite country pub (we often go there for lunch) that says “Free Drinks Tomorrow”…. Another good picture.
Wow, I am so glad I came across this blog. It’s already helped me so much in getting rid of my clutter problem! I have a horrible habit of making everything I own sentimental in some way and although I’ve invested in self storage , I really need to improve my organizational skills. Thankfully that’s were this blog comes in, just really had to thank you for the practical and straight-forward tips on here.
My motivation for getting rid of clutter is something that without a doubt determines me, the ability to have a clear mind. When’s there’s clutter everywhere, I just can’t think straight and it drives me crazy. I’ll be keeping religiously updated with this blog from now on, thank you for putting such brilliant articles up here!
Thanks for the smile– Cindy is good at getting pictures, thanks for commenting–I will let her know you appreciate them. Thanks
