This is a delicious-oucious salad. Very easy to make. I like the crunch from the almonds and potato chips. This recipe makes clearing clutter easy as it’s a low maintenance recipe!

Are there days you are in the mood to cook and days you aren’t in the mood? Are there days you are in the mood for clearing clutter and other days you aren’t? That is how it is with me. When I am in the mood to cook I like to do several meals ahead and freeze them. Then on busy days all I have to do is pull out a casserole and pop it in the oven.
When I am in the mood for clearing clutter I always set my goal after deciding what I am going to declutter. Then when I lose interest I refer back to my goal and keep on going until the project is finished.
What do you do to keep yourself motivated when clearing clutter? Is it o.k. to just stop before your done and leave a big mess?

My friend who lived around the corner from me over 20 years ago gave me this recipe for the most delicious sugar cookies. They are good enough to eat without frosting. When I mentioned to someone I was going to share my recipe with my faithful blog readers she said I should charge because they are so good.
My rug hooking group had a cookie exchange and one of the yummy cookies was a brownie. I am sort of a brownie snob because if it doesn’t taste better than the ones I make I only take one bite. But these…well I could have eaten the whole pan. With the weekend coming up I thought you might like to make a batch to eat as you are clearing clutter and then for later when you have your feet propped up watching a good movie.
