As a professional organizer Marilyn provides an invaluable service with lasting results to each client by helping them get rid of clutter in their homes, offices and lives. At the first appointment Marilyn performs a personal assessment by touring your home; she develops plan based on your individual needs, determines where to start and then works alongside you, encouraging and supporting you each step of the way as you declutter your life.

Appointments
Appointments take place in your home or office with a minimum of four hours. She has found that four hours allows adequate time to produce tangible results. Most people find that four to six hours is just right for most projects and still leaves them with energy for the remainder of their day.

Marilyn's philosophy

Most people want to reduce clutter and when people don’t live up to what they think “being organized” means, they often become discouraged, unmotivated and depressed.
As a professional organizer Marilyn’s philosophy is that a home does not have to look like a page in a magazine to be organized. There is more than one way to get rid of clutter be organized.

No need to feel embarrassed or guilty

Marilyn works with clients who often feel embarrassed because their homes and offices are cluttered and disorganized. It is nothing to feel embarrassed or bad about! Clutter control and being organized is a skill that can be learned. Many people have busy schedules and can feel overwhelmed by all there is to do, constantly running from one project, errand, and “to do” list to another. Marilyn knows how busy life can get and does not believe anyone who needs help clearing clutter and organizing needs help because they are lazy.
